Welcome!
I hope everyone had a wonderful, safe, and inspiring celebration of the 250th birthday of the greatest nation to ever exist in the history of the world. The brightest beacon of freedom, the greatest source of good, and the city on the shining hill. The United States of America is the greatest nation on the planet.
There are some people who are not celebrating because they are emotionally stunted because of a political outcome that they disagree with. Or they are obsessing over past indiscretions that happen well before they were born. If you truly believe in democracy, you should be able to love your nation and appreciate the good, despite wanting to oppose policies that you disagree with. If you struggle to come to terms with things that do not go your way, you may need to address the lack of coping.
Many people do not want to be judged by the worst moment. Be seen in the light of their past mistakes. Well, that works for everyone else as well. Too many people have false sentiments because of what has happened in our past. Losing perspective of the growth that occurred afterwards and the environment that those events took place. Our past is not perfect but it also contains more good than bad.
PATRIOTISM OVER POLITICS:
LET FREEDOM RING:
Americans enjoy a level of freedom that is not common in other places of the world. And freedom is at the core of our American identity and way of life. Americans want agency over their life choices, economic matters, and community issues to some degree. Self determination is important in our way of life. We should never abandon our rights and choice.
FREE MARKETS:
A free nation should have an economic system that embodies its societal values. Also, the idea that society would be better off is the government took everyone's wealth and income in order to serve as the nation's patriarch is completely naive. Our economic interests are best served when people can enjoy income mobility and opportunity. Our national interests should not be harmed because some are jealous of the fruits of other's labor.
DEMOCRACY:
Americans need to understand the importance of protecting our society from radical governing ideas that are proven to be dangerous, oppressive, and diminishing of the individual and society as a whole. People who do not love our nation should not be permit to serve in any position of governance.
