WEEK 7: THE BOUNCE BACK

Welcome to The  CRC  Team Channel. Our Philadelphia Eagles are back on the winning track. After two straight losses, all it took was a matchup against our former starting quarterback to right the ship. And there was finally some light at the end of the tunnel.  The NFL season can be very challenging with its ups and downs along an 18 week regular season. The hope is that your team is playing its best football at the end of the season. Hoping that the performance at the beginning did not create that big of a hole to fill.  The issues with the Eagles seemed to be on the path towards resolution. Too early to tell, but for one week, all things are positive.  In the following episode of The Christopher Peter Podcast, we discuss the great action from week 7 of the 2025 NFL season. Experience The Bounce Back to see our take and our fun predictions for week 8!

LEADERS DO NOT LARP

Welcome to The  CRC  Team Channel. There is a clear distinction between our leading political parties, which was clear as day this past week. President Donald Trump and Republicans celebrated historic peace and the return of hostages held for the past 2 years. On the other side, Democrats were using donor money to fund their nationwide larping.  The pretending that the United States operates under some form of monarchy or dictatorship is simply ridiculous. And it is not surprising why the average mainstream person is not connecting with them or the politicians they support. Or the policies they call for.  The radicalization of the Democratic Party is clear as day. They continue to move away from the mainstream Americans to their own detriment.  Rational American voters do not appreciate political stunts. Nor should they. That is all the Democratic Party has been up to lately. They have no substantive policy positions to offer the public.  They...

THE CRC: WRONG HILL

There are many times where the words of a person are less impactful when you combine the surrounding actions and related events. Given that framework, there is no reason that our federal government should be in a shutdown.  Political pageantry in place of principled policy should not impact the broadest population of the American people. Experience our discussion of the politics around the current government shutdown.

REVIEW: MISSED OPPORTUNITIES

The last thing an athlete wants to experience is a missed opportunity that keeps them out of the playoffs. Because we have seen so many players miss the postseason because of one game and then never have a chance going forward.  Even non-athletes do not want to miss vital opportunities that could change their lives and careers. You never know when the next opportunity will come or what the cost of creating a new will be. But, you have to be able to adapt a course correct. Never give up.  Experience our commentary on NFL week 5 action and more!

THE SHUTDOWN

The American people do not want to see political stunts become the substitute for actual leadership. If you are going to shutdown the government by rejecting clean extensions, then you should have a good reasons than a rebuke for the people who won a fair and free election.

REVIEW: THE GOOD & BAD

The Philadelphia Eagles are keeping the main thing the main thing, which is winning. The path may not look pretty or may be stressful, but so far the results have been what we need them to be. The NFL season is a long journey and some contenders are not as fortunate to be undefeated.  Also, the consolidation of brands was once an appealing strategy for consumer goods companies. Having a strong brand portfolio can help with promotions like the cross overs that Reese's and Oreos recently did. But, we are seeing some of these big mergers start to fall apart.  Experience commentary on week 4 in the NFL, changing consumer tastes, and more in this week's podcast episode.

NFL WEEK 3 THE COMEBACK

LIFE LESSONS FROM THE TUSH PUSH

Welcome to The  CRC  Team Channel. The people calling for the end of the brotherly shove are endemic of the attitude in our society that prevents people from  ever rising to meet the demands of any challenge. To not push ourselves to be better tomorrrow than we are today. Just because something is hard does not mean that you should avoid or not try to overcome it. There are certain things in life that are defining, separate people from the pack. For instance, people who thrive at negotiating salaries from those who will complain it is too hard and challenging. Why should a good negotiator be punished for better highlighting the impact of his or her experience and performance? Negotiating is a critical skill in any business or work environment, which can be demonstrated in the negotiation of salary.  We should strive to be the best not just a member of the rest. Find our competitive advantages. And not cower into the anonymity in the crowd. All th...
